...that he can be seen only in shadow. Or something. Anyway, it's Samoth, a black metal icon, during the Emperor reunion tour.
Yeah, this is actually just an experiment with drawing with an ebony pencil, which kindly suggested to me. I chose a simpler photo for reference so I could focus on the pencil's abilities. I'll have to poke around with it some more before I get really comfortable, but I'm happy with my results so far. It's definitely a tool I'll use in the future.

The hair is very nicely done; I know from expirence it can be hard to make flowy hair in a silohette image
